摘要:采用半经验公式计算的方法,分析通风管道中粉尘的沉积规律,考察颗粒粒径,进口速度,空气温、湿度等对粉尘沉积的影响。结果表明,颗粒粒径较小时,湍流沉积率随着颗粒粒径的增大而减小;颗粒粒径较大时,湍流沉积率随着粒径的增大而增大,且进口速度越大,粉尘沉积率越大;增大空气的湿度或降低空气的温度,都将使粉尘的湍流沉积率增大。

Abstract: The semi-empirical formula method was adoped to analyze the dust deposition rules in ventilation ducts. The effect of parameters including the particle diameter, gas inlet velocity, temperature and humidity and so on on dust deposition were investigated. The results indicate that the turbulent deposition rate of particles with small diameter decreases with the increase of particle diameter. The turbulent deposition rate of particles with large diameter increases with the increase of particle diameter. The turbulent deposition rate of particles with larger diameter is higher at a higher gas velocity. Increasing the air humidity or decreasing the air temperature can make the turbulent deposition rate of dusts increase.
