激光粒度法与筛分法测量洗煤泥粒度分布对比

摘要:为了寻找能恰当描述高浓度黏稠物料粒度分布的方法,以洗煤泥为代表物料,通过筛分法与激光粒度法对比实验,研究激光粒度分析技术法应用于浓密膏体的可行性。结果表明,激光粒度法对于小粒径范围的测量更敏感,较筛分法更适于洗煤泥的粒度分析,推测该方法也适于其他种类浓密膏体的粒度分布测量。

Abstract: To find an appropriate description method of particle size distribution of thick pastes, the feasibility of laser particle size analysis used for thick pastes by contrast with the sieving method experiment was studied taking the coal slime as a representation. The results show that the laser size method is more sensitive for the small size range measurement. Comparing with the sieving method, the laser size method is more applicative for coal slime to analyze particle size. It is reasonable to infer that it is also applicative for other kind of thick pastes.
