矿渣微粉的多度域分形研究

摘要:以4种不同的矿渣微粉为研究对象,应用分形理论研究矿渣微粉的粒度分布、颗粒外形轮廓和化学成分等3个度域上的分形特征。结果表明,矿渣粉体在不同度域上都呈现良好的自相似性,具有多度域分形特征;随着矿渣粉粒度的减小,其分形维数相应增大,分形维数在2~3之间,矿渣微粉单个颗粒的分形维数约为1.01;矿渣化学组成中主要成分的阳离子场强与其相应的累积分布具有自相似性,分形维数越大,矿渣的质量越好。

Abstract: The size distribution, particle shape and chemical composition of four kinds of slag powders were studied using fractal theory. The results show that the four kinds of slag powders have good self-similarities on the particle size distribution, particle shape and chemical composition. The slag powders have the characteristics of fractal structure. The fractal dimension of slag powders is between 2 and 3 and it increases with the powder texture fining. The single slag particle fractal dimension is about 1.01. The cationic field intensity of the main chemical composition and its corresponding cumulative distribution have a self-similarity. The higher the fractal dimension is, the better the quality of slag is.
