摘要:从微粉磨系统、高效涡轮分级技术和高效旋风磨技术等方面阐述分散、解聚纳米碳酸钙粉体的高效节能粉磨技术的最新进展,指出应采用优化改进现有粉磨分级系统(如增加回路系统)、选用新型粉磨设备和新型的分级设备来实现纳米碳酸钙粉体的高效分数、解聚。从技术和经济角度选择最适合的分散、解聚、粉磨技术,是当今纳米碳酸钙粉体行业节能降耗、优质高产的关键技术途径,可实现显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: The recent development of energy-efficient grinding technology for dispersion and de-aggregation of calcium carbonate nano-particles was formulated from the aspects of micron grinding system, efficient classification of turbine technology and high efficiency whirlwind milling technology. It was pointed that the optimization and improvement of the existing grinding classification system(such as increasing the loop) should be adopted and the new grinding equipment and new classification equipment should be selected to realize the highly effective dispersion and de-aggregation of calcium carbonate nano-particles. From the viewpoint of technology and economics, choosing the most appropriate measures of dispersion, de-aggregation and grinding technology are the key channels of ene rgy conservation, high yield and good quality for nanometer calcium carbonate industry. It can achieve significant economic and social benefits.
