摘要:以硝酸钇、硝酸铝和柠檬酸为原料,以去离子水和无水乙醇混合液为溶剂,采用凝胶燃烧法合成钇铝石榴石粉体;采用扫描电镜、热重-差热分析、红外光谱、X射线衍射分析等测试手段对前躯体和钇铝石榴石粉体进行表征,探讨混合溶剂对合成钇铝石榴石粉体的影响,研究煅烧温度和保温时间对钇铝石榴石粉体性能的影响。结果表明:混合溶剂对钇铝石榴石粉体形貌和分散性有重要影响,在采用混合溶剂(去离子水与无水乙醇体积比为2∶1)、900℃煅烧2 h条件下合成粒径约为60 nm的类球形状钇铝石榴石粉体;煅烧温度和保温时间对钇铝石榴石粉体的晶粒尺寸和晶胞参数都有重要影响。

Abstract: Yttrium aluminum garnet powders were synthesized by gel combustion method taking yttrium nitrate hexahydrate, aluminum nitrate and citric acid as main raw materials, and a mixture of deionized water and ethanol as the solvent. Precursor xerogel and yttrium aluminum garnet powders were characterized by means of SEM, TG-DTA, IR and XRD. The influence of mixed solvents on gel combustion synthesis of yttrium aluminum garnet powders were investigated. The effect of calcination temperature and holding time on properties of yttrium aluminum garnet powders were studied. The results indicate that mixed solvents have significant effect on the morphology and dispersion of as-synthesized yttrium aluminum garnet powders. Similar spherical yttrium aluminum garnet powders about 60 nm are synthesized at 900 ℃and calcined 2 h in mixed solvents with the volume ratio of deionized water and ethanol of 2 ∶ 1. Calcination temperature and holding time have profound effects on crystalline size and lattice parameters of as-synthesized yttrium aluminum garnet powders.
