摘要:为了解决烟花火药成分的混合均匀性问题,综合比较常用的混合火药的方法,采用向圆周方向均匀分布16个喷嘴的空气混合器提供脉冲式压缩空气来混合火药。结果表明:气动混合法更适用于火药混合;混合器内颗粒的运动轨迹有利于火药的接触、碰撞和冲击,仿真得到的火药较均匀,更有利于火药的混合。

Abstract: To solve the mixing uniformity problem of gunpowders composition in fireworks, the common used methods of mixing gunpowders were synthetically compared. The gunpowders were mixed by offering pulsed compressed air to the air mixer with 16 nozzles uniformly distributing in circumferential direction. The results show that the pneumatic hybrid method is more suitable for gunpowders. The trajectory of particles in the mixer is beneficial to touch, collision and impact of gunpowders. The gunpowders gotten from the simulation are more well-distributed and better for the mixture of gunpowders.
