锥形料仓中粉体的重力卸料特性

摘要:在有机玻璃锥形料仓卸料系统中,对7种不同粒径的石英砂在9种不同结构料仓内的重力卸料特性进行实验研究。结果表明:料位高度对卸料质量流率没有影响;颗粒由A类颗粒过渡到B类颗粒,卸料质量流率显著增大;粒径继续增大至D类颗粒,卸料质量流率缓慢减小;粒径或料仓出口直径较小时(A类颗粒,料仓出口直径为20 mm),半锥角对卸料质量流率影响不大;粒径和料仓出口直径较大时(B、D类颗粒,料仓出口直径为32 mm),卸料质量流率随着半锥角的增大而减小;Beverloo模型和Brown模型均具有良好的精度。

Abstract: Gravity discharge characteristics of quartz sand with different particle sizes of seven kinds discharging from conical hoppers of different structures of nine kinds were investigated in discharge system of plexiglass conical hopper. The results show that the packing head has no influence on the discharge rate. The discharge rate increases obviously with the particle type changing from Geldart-A to Geldart-B. As the particle size increases continuously until the particle type belongs to Geldart -D, the discharge rate slowly decreases. When the particle size or outlet diameter is small (Geldart -A type particles, hopper outlet diameter of 20 mm), there is small change on the discharge rate for different half cone angles. When the particle size and outlet diameter are large(Geldart-B and D type particles, hopper outlet diameter of 32 mm), the discharge rate decreases with the increasing of the half cone angle. Beverloo model and Brown model both have good prediction accuracy.
