硅烷偶联剂的水解工艺研究

摘要:通过测定硅烷偶联剂KH-550水解液的电导率及红外光谱,研究影响硅烷偶联剂水解稳定性的因素。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂KH-550的最佳水解工艺条件如下:乙醇与水的混合溶液为溶剂,采用正水解方式,KH-550、溶剂与水三者的质量比为1∶144∶16,水解液pH为2,水解时间为20 min。

Abstract: By measuring the conductivity and infrared spectrum of silane coupling agent KH-550 hydrolysate, the factors affecting the hydrolysis stability of silane coupling agent were researched. The results show that the best hydrolysis conditions for hydrolysis of silane coupling agent KH-550 are as follows. Ethanol and deionized water are used as the solvents, using a positive hydrolysis method. The mass ratio of KH -550, ethanol and water is 1∶144∶16, with the hydrolysis pH value of 2. The hydrolysis time is 20 min.
