摘要:为了减少煤炭燃烧过程中排放的SO2,根据固硫剂粉体粒径与颗粒级配的要求,开发研究石灰石固硫剂粉体多级分选模拟设备;在研发的过程中,利用Fluent软件对蜗壳选粉机内部流场进行分析,进一步优化几何参数及操作参数,使分级过程更稳定;通过制作样机进行模拟实验,定性验证Fluent软件分析结果的正确性。结果表明,当转子叶片数为36,转速为500 r/min时,选粉室流场较稳定,能有效分选出满足要求的石灰石颗粒。

Abstract: To reduce the sulfur dioxide produced in coal combustion process, the desulfurization agent powders grader simulation facility was developed according to the solid sulfur agent powders particle size and particle size distribution. Using Fluent software to analyze internal flow field of spiral classifier, and further optimizing the geometric parameters and operating parameters of the spiral classifier, the classification process was maken more stable. By making prototype simulation experiments, the accuracy of Fluent software analysis results were verified qualitatively. The results show that when the rotor blade number is 36 and the rotate speed is 500 r/min, the powder selecting chamber flow is stable. It can effectively sort out the limestone particles meeting the requirements.
