硅藻土原位生长纳米氧化锰及吸附性能

摘要:采用低温水热法在硅藻土上原位生长花片状纳米氧化锰制成吸附剂,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、高分辨透射电镜、N2吸脱附等对样品进行分析、表征。结果表明,反应时间为8 h时,所得样品比表面积为141 m2/g,累积体积分数为50%时对应的颗粒粒径d50为35.14μm,对质量浓度为10 mg/L的Cr(Ⅵ)、As(Ⅴ)污水的去除率分别为100%、99.98%,最大吸附量分别为157.6、93.2 mg/g。

Abstract: The adsorbents of flowerlike nano-sized MnO2 in-situ grown on diatomite were prepared using the hydrothermal method. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM, and N2 adsorptiondesorption methods. The results indicate that the sample obtained after hydrothermal treatment for 8 h shows the surface area of 141 m2/g and the particle diameter corresponding to accumulate volume fraction of 50% (d50)is 35.14 μm. The Cr(VI) and As(V) removal efficiencies are 100% and 99.98% with the aqueous solution mass concentration of 10 mg/L. The maximum capacities for Cr (VI) and As (V) adsorption are respectively 157.6 and 93.2 mg/g.
