滚筒造粒系统的动态矩阵控制研究

摘要:将滚筒造粒过程简化为一个双输入双输出系统,建立系统的传递函数矩阵模型;针对造粒过程多变量、大滞后的特性,提出利用动态矩阵控制算法实现自动化控制;给出工艺过程操作方案,利用MATLAB软件中的模型预测控制工具箱进行动态矩阵控制算法的参数设计和仿真。结果表明,该方法能够根据给定的输出变量设定轨迹,协调多个操作变量,使得系统输出有效跟踪设定值。

Abstract: By simplifying the drum granulation process as a two-input - two-output system, the transfer function matrix model was established. To realize automation control of drum granulation process, a dynamic matrix control algorithm was proposed for its multi-variable long time-delay characteristics. Dynamic matrix control algorithm was designed and simulated by model predictive control tool box of MATLAB software for the given operation scheme. The results show that this method can optimize the manipulated variable based on the given reference output, so that the output trajectory can be tracked effectively.
