脱硫石膏基新型充填材料板结度测试方法

摘要:针对脱硫石膏及大掺量脱硫石膏新型充填胶凝材料发生板结,以及一些粉状物料在料仓中长时间存放容易发生结团状板结,给仓储物料的上料和卸料带来困难的问题,开发一种适用于测试易板结的粉状物料板结度的装置,并采用粉状物料的结块系数来进行物料板结度的测试与评价。结果表明,该方法可以给出物料的板结度与密度之间的定量关系,分析和评价粉状物料的板结特性,便于预测并防控粉状物料材料板结现象的发生。

Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty of loading and unloading for storage materials caused by the agglomeration of desulpurization gypsum and the new filling cementous materials with desulpurization gypsum, or powdery materials of long-time storage, a test device suitable for agglomeration coefficient of powdery materials was designed. The agglomeration situation was tested and evaluated by the agglomerate coefficient of powdery materials. The results show that this method can give the quantitive relation between agglomerate coefficient and density of powdery materials, analyse and evaluate the agglomeration characteristics of them. It is convenient to predict and control the agglomerating phenomenon of powdery materials.
