中心气升式环流反应器内压力脉动特性的研究

摘要:采用压力传感器对一套中心气升式气-固环流反应器内的压力脉动特性进行测量,得到了反应器内不同流动区域的压力脉动特性、导流筒区起始湍流点速度和气泡平均尺寸的变化规律。结果表明:利用绝压和差压压力脉动特性确定并得到导流筒区的起始湍流点速度为0.4 m/s;采用文献报道的对压力脉动信号解耦的方法估计得到的导流筒区内气泡平均尺寸,在鼓泡流态化时随操作气速的增大而增大,沿轴向高度的增大而增大,在湍流流态化时随操作气速的增大而减小,沿轴向高度的增大变化幅度不大。

Abstract: The pressure fluctuation characteristics were investigated in a draft tube-lifted gas-solid air loop reactor (GSALR) by a pressure sensor. The pressure fluctuation characteristics differed in different region of the GSALR. The transition velocity was calculated by two methods based on the absolute pressure and differential pressure signals. The results show that the transition velocity in the draft tube is 0.4 m/s. Pressure fluctuation signals were decoupled using methods suggested in references. In bubbling fluidization regime, the mean bubble size of the draft tube region increases with increasing of the operating superficial velocity, but decreases with increasing of the operating superficial velocity for turbulent fluidization regime. With increasing of the height, the mean bubble size increases in bubblin fluidization regime and increases modestly in turbulent fluidization regime.
