微米 α-氧化铝粉体在水相介质中的分散性研究

摘要:针对微米α-氧化铝粉体在水相介质中分散不好的问题,采用单因素法实验研究球磨时间、超声时间对微米α-氧化铝粉体在水相介质中分散性的影响,在此基础上采用正交实验研究分散剂种类、分散剂浓度、悬浮液pH对微米α-氧化铝粉体在水相介质中分散性的影响,用悬浮液的吸光度评价微米α-氧化铝粉体的分散性。结果表明,微米α-氧化铝粉体在水相介质中的最佳分散工艺参数是球磨时间为40 min,超声时间为20 min,分散剂三聚磷酸钠的质量分数为0.5%,悬浮液pH为10。

Abstract:For the problem of micron-sized α-alumina powders dispersed in water suspension,the single factor test was used to study the effect of milling time,ultrasonic time on the dispersion of α-alumina powders in water suspension. The orthogonal test was used to study the effect of dispersant kinds ,dispersant concentration and pH of suspension on the dispersion of micron-sized α-alumina powders. Absorbance of suspension was used to evaluate the dispersion of α-alumina powders. The results show the optimal dispersing conditions are that the milling time is 40 min, ultrasonic time is 20 min,mass fraction of sodium tripolyphosphate is 0.5% and pH of suspension is 10.
