Cu-N 共掺杂 TiO2粉体光催化降解水中的偶氮

Photocatalytic Degradation of Azo Compounds in Aqueous Solutions by Cu-N Co-doped TiO2

摘要:为了研究Cu、N掺杂TiO2粉体的光催化活性,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纯TiO2, Cu、N单掺及共掺TiO2光催化剂粉体,利用X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附和X射线光电子能谱等技术对其进行表征,并考察不同TiO2粉体为光催化剂对甲基橙的光催化降解能力。结果表明:Cu-N共掺杂的协同作用使TiO2具有更好的热稳定性,抑制锐钛矿相向金红石相转化;煅烧温度为500℃时制备的Cu-N共掺TiO2光催化剂粉体在可见光下光催化活性最高,光照180 min时对甲基橙的降解率高达93%。

Abstract:To research the photocatalytic activity of Cu-N co-doped TiO2powders, Cu or N doped TiO2, Cu-N co-doped TiO2 and pure TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by sol -gel method at different calcination temperatures. The different TiO2 samples were characterized by X ray diffraction,nitrogen adsorption -desorption and X ray photoelectron spectra, and so on.The photocatalytic performance of the samples were studied using methyl orange as model of azo compounds in aqueous solutions. The results show that Cu-N co-doping can improve the thermal stability of TiO2 and inhibite the phase transformation from anatase to rutile. The sample of Cu-N codoped TiO2 calcined at 500 ℃ exhibites the highest photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation and 93% methyl orange is degraded after 180 min.
