石棉尾矿硫酸铵浸出液制备“卡房”状氧化镁

Preparation of “House of Cards” Magnesium Oxide from Ammonium Sulfate Leaching Liquid of Asbestos Tailing

摘要:以石棉尾矿硫酸铵浸出液硫酸镁和氨水为原料制备"卡房"状氢氧化镁聚集体,以"卡房"状氢氧化镁为前驱体制备"卡房"状氧化镁聚集体,采用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜等对"卡房"状氧化镁及其前驱体的物相和形貌进行表征,并从热力学和动力学等相关理论分析探索"卡房"状氧化镁的生长机理。结果表明:在600℃时将前驱体焙烧60 min,可得到结晶完好、结构完整且与前驱体形貌一致的"卡房"状氧化镁聚集体;随着焙烧温度的升高或焙烧时间的延长,氧化镁的晶粒逐渐增大。

Abstract: Taking ammonium sulfate leaching liquid from asbestos tailings and ammonium hydroxide as raw materials, the “house of cards” magnesium hydroxide was prepared. The “house of cards” magnesium oxide was prepared by the precursor of “house of cards” magnesium hydroxide. The structure and morphology of “house of cards” magnesium oxide and its precursor were characterized by means of XRD and SEM. The growth mechanism of “house of cards” magnesium oxide was studied based on corresponding thermodynamics and dynamics theories. The results indicate that “house of cards” magnesium oxide can be prepared by roasting the precursor for 60 min at temperature of 600 ℃. The “house of cards” magnesium oxide which is crystallized well inherits the features of the precursor. With the increase of calcination temperature and the prolong of calcination time, the crystallite size of magnesium oxide increases gradually.
