摘要:为了考察十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)对三元正极材料结构及性能的影响,采用氢氧化物共沉淀法,以镍、钴、锰的乙酸盐为原料,在不同LAS添加量的条件下制备三元正极材料;对所得产品进行X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜表征和电性能测试,探讨不同LAS添加量对产物的影响,并对LAS作用机理进行分析。结果表明,LAS不会影响材料的层状结构,电性能测试首次放电比容量高达181.9 mA·h/g,经过30次循环后,放电比容量仍可达到168.2 mA·h/g。

Abstract: To study the effect of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (LAS) on the structure and performance of ternary cathode materials, the ternary cathode materials were prepared with acetates of nickel, cobalt and manganese as raw materials by the method of hydroxyl co-precipitation at the condition of different additive amounts of LAS. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM and charge-discharge tests. The mechanism of LAS was analyzed. The results show that LAS does not affect the layer structure of the cathode materials. The first discharge specific capacity is as high as 181.9 mA·h/g. The discharge specific capacitycan reach 168.2 mA·h/g even after cycling 30 times.
