摘要:为了研究粉体物料料斗内颗粒流动的内在机理,应用颗粒离散单元法建立仿真模型,利用颗粒流程序三维版模拟物料料斗卸料过程中粉体物料流动堆积过程,观察粉体物料在料斗中的动态流动,记录标记粒子在模拟过程中受力和速度的变化,并分析粒子在静、动状态下对料斗侧壁及堆积底面的压力变化。结果表明:颗粒流动速度在料斗出口处出现明显波动;颗粒间的微观不平衡力和接触应力在出口处显著增大,侧壁处初始时受压较大;在宏观流动过程中,料斗中心处的颗粒率先流出。

Abstract: To study the inner flow mechanism of powder materials in the material hopper, a simulation model was established by the particle discrete element method. The particle flow code in three-dimension was used to simulate the accumulation process of material hopper during discharging powder material flow. The process of powder materials flow in the hopper was observed. The unbalanced force and speed of change of a single particle in the process of flow accumulation were recorded. The static and dynamic pressure changes of hopper wall and particles were measured. The results show that the particle velocity in hopper outlet fluctuates significantly. The micro unbalanced force and contact stress between particles increases significantly near the hopper outlet. The pressure on hopper side wall is bigger at the initial time. The particles in hopper center take the lead out during the macro flow process.
