摘要:通过湿法机械研磨白炭黑进行解聚与分散以及白炭黑与TiO2共混研磨制备白炭黑-TiO2复合粉体,对制备过程中的各种因素进行优化,对白炭黑-TiO2复合粉体的结构、粉体颜料性能以及紫外光作用下的光学性能进行表征。结果表明:影响白炭黑与TiO2研磨复合的因素及优化条件是,白炭黑中位粒径为2.288μm,球料质量比为5∶1,浆体中粉体颗粒的质量分数为18%,研磨时间为60 min,分散剂质量分数为6%;白炭黑-TiO2复合颗粒以TiO2在白炭黑团聚体表面包覆为特征;白炭黑-TiO2复合粉体与钛白粉颜料性能相似,并因白炭黑与TiO2的协同作用而具有紫外线屏蔽功能。

Abstract: Silica-TiO2 composite particles were prepared through dispersing and depolymerizing the silica as well as grinding mixed particles of silica and TiO2 by the method of wet grinding. Influencing factors in the process of preparation were optimized. The structures of silica -TiO2 composite particles, property of pigment and ultraviolet shielding property were characterized. The results show that the factors affecting grinding composition of silica and TiO2 and the optimal condition are that the median diameter of silica is 2.288 μm,the mass ratio of grinding media to materials is 5∶1, the mass ratio of particles in slurry is 18%, the grinding time is 60 min, and the mass ratio of particles in dispersant is 6% . The feature of silica-TiO2 composite particles is TiO2 coated on the surface of silica particles. The silica-TiO2 composite particles have similar pigment property as TiO2, and have ultraviolet shielding property for the synergistic reaction between silica and TiO2.
