一种新型摆动筛面的筛分特性和筛分效率

摘要:为了提高振动筛的筛分能力和筛分效率,基于振动理论,建立和分析一种新型摆动筛面的运动方程和运动特点;通过离散单元法模拟摆动筛分的过程,研究不同频率和摆动角时颗粒的筛分效率;利用最小二乘法拟合得到筛分效率与工艺参数的函数关系。结果表明:大频率和大摆动角有利于小颗粒的透筛,而小频率和小摆动角有利于尺寸与筛孔相近的颗粒透筛;相对于线性振动筛分,该摆动筛面能有效地提高筛分效率。

Abstract: To improve the screening capacity and screening efficiency of vibrating screen, the motion equations of a new swing surface were established and motion characteristics of the swing were analyzed based on the vibration theory. The process of swing screening was simulated by discrete element method, and the screening efficiency of particles was studied at different values of frequency and swing declination angle. The functional relationship between the screening efficiency and parameters was fitted by the least square method. The results show that the great frequency and swing angle values are good for small particles through the screen,while small values of frequency and swing angle are good for the particles with near aperture size. Comparing with the linear screening, the screening efficiency is effectively improved by this swing surface.
