硅藻土干法表面包覆改性的影响因素

摘要:为了提高硅藻土与橡胶基体的相容性,采用干法改性工艺对硅藻土颗粒进行表面包覆改性并研究影响包覆改性效果的因素。结果表明,添加硬脂酸钙质量分数为5%的包覆改性剂,在转速为28 000 r/min时粉磨1 min,改性硅藻土样品的活化度达到90%,浊度达到853 NTU,可满足橡胶用填料的要求。

Abstract: To improve the compatibility of diatomite and rubber matrix, the diatomite powders were modified by the dry method, and the influence of factors on modification effect was researched. The results show that by adding calcium stearate with mass fraction of 5% in modifier and grinding the diatomite at a speed of 28 000 r/min for 1 min, activation degree of the modified diatomite powders reaches 90%, and turbidity reaches 853 NTU. The sample can reach the requirements of rubber fillings.
