摘要:根据建筑垃圾再生微粉的物理、化学性质,对再生微粉的胶凝性进行研究,针对再生微粉掺量不同的情况进行胶砂实验,比较掺再生微粉的胶砂试件与水泥试件的强度;研究石灰或石膏作为激发剂对再生微粉活性的影响。结果表明:再生微粉具有水化活性,可部分替代水泥作为胶凝材料;再生微粉质量分数为10%的胶砂试件强度与纯水泥的试件强度非常接近;当再生微粉质量分数为30%时,添加质量分数为10%的生石灰或1%的石膏作为激发剂,可有效激发再生微粉的活性。

Abstract: According to the physical and chemical properties of renewable powders derived from construction waste, the cementitious property of the renewable powders was studied. Cement mortar tests were carried out on the renewable powders with different dosages. Specimen strength of the renewable powders was compared with cement strength. The effect of lime or gypsum as activators on activity of renewable powders was discussed. The results show that the renewable powders have hydration activity, which can partly replace cement as cementitious materials. The specimen strength with mass fraction of renewable powders of 10% is very close to cement strength. When the mass fraction of renewable powders is 30%, the activity of the renewable powders can be motivated effectively by adding lime with mass fraction of 10% or gypsum with mass fraction of 1% as the activator.
