摘要:以不同配比的赤泥、偏高岭土为原料,制备赤泥-偏高岭土地聚物样品,研究不同配比对地聚物性能的影响,探讨赤泥-偏高岭土地聚物的水化机理。结果表明:用回收铁的赤泥制备赤泥-偏高岭土地聚合物是可行的,养护7 d的抗压强度可达到67.1 MPa,吸水率、容积密度分别为1.897 kg/m2和1 073.1 kg/m3,水玻璃模数为1.5;水化机理研究显示,添加赤泥制备的地聚物与空白对照组的水化机理相同,添加赤泥可使地聚合物的水化加快,养护7 d的水化程度比空白对照组的大。

Abstract: Taking red mud and metakaolin with different ratios as raw materials, the red mud-metakaolin geopolymers were prepared. The effect of different ratios of the red mud and metakaolin on characteristics was researched. The hydration mechanism of the red mud-metakaolin geopolymers was investigated. The results show that the preparation of red mudmetakaolin geopolymers by recover iron of red mud is feasible. The compressive strength can reach 67.1 MPa, the water absorption and solvent density are respectively 1.897 kg/m2 and 1 073.1 kg/m3, and the sodium silicate modulus is 1.5 after curing 7 d. The study of hydration mechanism indicates that the hydration mechanisms of geopolymer prepared by adding red mud and the blank control group are the same. Adding red mud can speed up the hydration of geopolymers, and the hydration degree is larger than that of the blank control group after curing 7 d.
