摘要:针对蛭石矿产资源丰富、开发生产能力低的现状,对蛭石的改性方法进行综述,包括蛭石的酸改性、热膨胀改性及有机化改性,介绍蛭石在环境净化、保温隔热、纳米复合材料等领域中的应用技术研究进展,指出目前研究成果已经为改善蛭石产品的物化性能提供了支撑,对蛭石改性过程中结构的变化及其对性能的影响规律是未来研究和探索的重点。

Abstract: Aiming at the status of exploitative and productive capacity of vermiculite being low in spite of an abundant mineral resource of vermiculite, the modification of vermiculite, including acid modification, thermal expansion modification and organic modification were summarized. The applications and corresponding development of vermiculite in environmental protection, thermal insulation, nanocomposite materials and so on were introduced. It was pointed that the research achievements were enough to support improving the properties of vermiculite products, and the future research emphasis was pointed to be the structural change in procedure of modification and the corresponding influence on properties of vermiculite products.
