研磨法制备石墨烯中的磨球直径

摘要:为了探究研磨法制备石墨烯的最佳磨球直径,依据搅拌球磨的原理及石墨烯剥离机理,计算得到磨球直径理论值,通过实验验证最佳磨球直径,并分析石墨烯制备工艺中磨球直径参数对研磨效果的影响。结果表明:在当前实验条件下,研磨法制备石墨烯的最佳磨球直径为100μm;研磨法剥离石墨烯的判定准则是,由磨球传递的石墨片颗粒动能的增加量大于石墨片层之间的结合能。

Abstract:To investigate the optimum diameter of milling balls in preparation of graphene by grinding method,the theoretical diameter of milling balls was calculated according to the principle of stirring ball mill and mechanism of graphene stripping. The optimum diameter of milling balls was verified through a designed experiment. The influence of milling ball diameter in graphene technology on grinding effect was analyzed. The results show that the optimum diameter of milling balls is 100 μm with current experimental conditions. The principle of graphene stripping by grinding method is that the energy that milling balls pass to the graphite flakes should be greater than the binding energy between the graphite flake layers.
