基于冲击实验的颗粒破碎模型微观参数分析

摘要:对矿石颗粒进行双摆锤冲击实验,考察在不同冲击角时矿石的破碎效果;结合数值模拟技术构建颗粒破碎模型,通过对颗粒破碎模型内部结合参数进行分析取值,仿真颗粒破碎模型在不同冲击角时的破碎情况,研究满足模型破碎效果与实际矿石破碎效果相一致的参数组合。结果表明:当冲击角不同时,矿石的破碎效果存在差异;当冲击角小于35°及大于35°时,模型破碎效果与实际矿石的相一致,进一步表明所构建的颗粒破碎模型与实际矿石在一定程度上具有相关性与统一性。

Abstract:Ore particles were broken in double pendulum hammer impact experiment. The breaking effect of the ore at different impact angles was investigated. Based on numerical simulation technology,a particle breakage model was built. By analyzing and selecting internal bond parameters in the particle breakage model,the breaking effect of the particle breakage model was simulated at different impact angles and the parameter combination which met the consistency between the breaking effect of the model and actual ore was researched. The results show that differences exist in the breaking effect of the ore at different impact angles.The breaking effect of the model and actual ore achieves the same level when the impact angle is less than 35° and greater than 35°. The particle breakage model has correlation and unity with actual ore to a certain extent.
