基于振动床的细长型金属管粉体材料装填中的稳定给料模型

为了解决在将粉体材料装入细长型金属管的装填过程中一次给料太多会堵塞下料管的问题,以实现装填过程中给料量的稳定性和可控性,提出基于振动床的稳定给料方法;通过机理分析的方法,分析振动床中团聚体的尺寸、运动速度与振幅、振动频率的关系,建立基于振动床的给料量模型。结果表明,该模型可以对相关参数的设置进行指导和优化,基于求解的相关参数的实验研究验证了模型的有效性。

Abstract:To solve the blocking problem of the blanking tube as powders quantity being too much at a time in powders filling process, and realize the stability and controllability of feeding amount in the process of filling,a stable filling method based on vibration bed was put forward. By the mechanism analysis, the relationship between size and movement speed of aggregate and amplitude and frequency of vibration was analyzed. A feeding capacity model based on the vibrating bed was proposed. The results show that the model can guide and optimize the related parameters settings. The experimental study based on the solving parameters verifies the effectiveness of the model.
