摘要:为研究高原环境对航空发动机气力输送粉体性能的影响,利用发动机相似分析和气固两相流理论计算,对比高原和平原环境下粉体气力输送的临界参数;通过高原试验验证并获得发动机转速和粉体输送量之间的匹配情况。结果表明:海拔4 500 m时的输送能力为平原环境下的1/2左右;通过提高发动机转速、降低粉体供料速率可以避免粉体输送堵塞。

Abstract:The impact of plateau environment on powder conveying capacity of aircraft engine was investigated with the utilization of similarity analysis of aircraft engine and theoretical simulation of gas-particle dual phase flow. The critical parameters of pneumatic conveying powder in plateau environment and plain environment were obtained to represent powder conveying capacity. Experiments in the plateau environment were taken to verify the relationship between rotate speed of aircraft engine and the powder conveying capacity. The result indicates that powder conveying capacity at the altitude of 4 500 m is half of that in plain areas. Increasing rotating speed and decreasing powder conveying speed are practical methods to solve the congestion problem of powder conveying.
