摘要:利用离散元软件对搅拌槽内介质运动进行模拟,研究搅拌器转速、搅拌器直径、螺旋升角、介质填充率对磨机工作性能的影响。研究表明:在搅拌槽内,研磨力由下至上逐渐减小;在同一高度,环形区域的研磨力最大;当搅拌器直径、转速和介质填充率增大时,研磨力和功耗增大;当螺旋升角变大,研磨力减小而功耗增大。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of key parameters on performance of tower mill,the motion of medias in stirred tank was simulated by the discrete element method. Effects of key parameters such as stirrer speed, stirrer diameter, helix angle,media filling rate on two work performance parameters grinding force and power consumption were researched. The results show that: in stirred tank, grinding force decreases gradually from the bottom. At the same height. Grinding force in annular area is the largest. Grinding force and power consumption increases when the diameter and speed of agitator, media filling rate increases, but the grinding force is reduced and the power consumption increases when the helix angle becomes larger.
