改性二乙醇胺基缓凝型水泥助磨剂的制备及其性能

摘要:以二乙醇胺、环氧氯丙烷和氢氧化钠为主要原料,制备出一种多羟基类缓凝型助磨剂DE,并探讨DE的质量分数对水泥的助磨效果、强度和凝结时间的影响,以及DE对水泥与减水剂的相容性的影响。结果表明,掺入质量分数0.01%~0.07%的DE后,能够降低水泥80μm筛余量并提高水泥的比表面积,28 d抗压和抗折强度最高增幅分别达到11.0%和17.6%;DE具有明显的缓凝效果,当水泥中DE的质量分数为0.04%时,终凝时间延长了332 min;DE能够减小水泥净浆的流动度经时损失0.2%~14.4%。

Abstract:The polyhydroxy retarding grinding aid named DE was synthesized by diethanolamine(DEA), epoxy chloropropane and sodium hydroxide, and its effect on the cement properties was studied. The effect of DE dosage on grinding effect, mechanical properties and setting times were investigated. In addition, the effect of DE on compatibility of cement with water reducers was discussed. The results show that DE reduces 80 μm sieve residue and increased the specific surface area effectively. Compared with the control group, the highest growth of 28 d compressive and flexural strength reaches 11.0% and 17.6% respectively. It is found that DE shows astrong retarding effect on cements. This is the case for the final setting time of cement is prolonged by 332 min mixed with 0.04% of DE, and DE reduces the loses through time of fluidity of cement paste 0.2%~14.4%。
