摘要:以硅胶为载体、林可霉素为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,制备表面具有林可霉素分子印迹聚合物的硅胶材料(LIN-MIP-PMAA-SiO2),对其结构进行表征,并研究LIN-MIPPMAA-SiO2对林可霉素的吸附性能。结果表明,LIN-MIPPMAA-SiO2对林可霉素的饱和吸附量为106 mg·g-1,达到吸附平衡的时间约为220 min,对林可霉素和克林霉素的分离因子为1.20,显示出对林可霉素具有较好的选择吸附性能。

Abstract:The silica coated with lincomycin(LIN) imprinted polymeric layer(LIN-MIP-PMAA-SiO2) was prepared by using LIN as template molecule, methacrylic acid as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker, and its structure was conformed by IR and SEM. The adsorption properties of LIN-MIP-PMAA-SiO2 on lincomycin were also studied. The results show that the maximum static adsorption capacity of LIN-MIP-PMAA-SiO2 for LIN is 106 mg·g-1and it takes about 220 min to achieve the adsorption equilibrium. The separation factor of LIN-MIP-PMAA-SiO2 on lincomycin and clindamycin is 1.20, showing that LIN-MIP-PMAA-SiO2 displayed high recognition ability to the template molecule-LIN.
