摘要:采用晶种法, 以硝酸锌为锌源, 六亚甲基四胺为pH缓冲剂和非极性面螯合剂, 通过水热或溶剂热辅助制备不同尺寸的ZnO纳米棒粉体, 利用X射线衍射仪 (XRD) 、高分辨透射电子显微镜 (TEM) 、场发射扫描电子显微镜 (SEM) 等测试手段对样品的物相、形貌等进行表征, 考察反应时间、晶种、锌源用量及不同溶剂热对产物尺寸的调控作用, 分析ZnO棒的形成机理及现象。结果表明, ZnO棒沿[0001]晶向生长, 控制反应时间、晶种、锌源用量及采用不同溶剂热, 能对ZnO棒尺寸进行有效调控。

Abstract:ZnO nanorods with different sizes were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal assisted inoculating seed method using the zinc nitrate as zinc source, the hexamethylenetetramine as a pH buffer and non polar chelators. X-ray diffraction (XRD) , high resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were employed to characterize the crystal structure and morphology of the ZnO nanorods. The influences of the reactive time, dosage of seed and zinc source, different solvent heat on the size and morphology of ZnO were investigated.The formation mechanisms for the synthesized nanostructures with different morphologies was phenomenologically presented. The results show that ZnO nanorods grows along[0001] crystal and the sixe of ZnO nanorods is regulated effectively by controlling time, dosage of seed, zinc source and using different heat solvents.
