摘要:为解决需要在密闭状态下物料的分选问题, 根据气固两相流理论, 参考密闭氮气循环再利用系统, 结合成熟的水泥行业空气选粉系统, 给出全封闭状态下的氮气或其它惰性气体的物料分选的计算公式, 解决了氮体循环再利用等技术问题, 形成一个系统的、可行的应用体系。

Abstract:In order to solve the material separation problem in the closed state, based on the gas-solid two-phase flow theory, referenced the closed nitrogen recycling system and combined with the mature air separation system of cement industry, the calculation formula of the material pneumatic separation with nitrogen or other inert gas was given, and the technical problem of nitrogen recycling and reuse were presented, which formed a systematic and viable application system.
