摘要:为了能有效地提高煤矿岩巷综掘工作面的降尘效率, 对发泡剂和湿润剂进行优选实验并对两者进行辅配;对4种配方分别进行表面张力测试、发泡能力测试和腐蚀性实验, 并对优选出的配方进行矿上工业性实验。结果表明:配方4的 (1631+OT-75) 综合性能较好, 对全尘和呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率都达到80%以上, 比普通喷雾降尘效率提高40%以上, 且对人体无害, 可长期使用。

Abstract:In order to improve the dust control efficiency of coal-rock comprehensive heading face effectively, vesicant and wetter were optimized and then mixed auxiliary. Surface tension test, foaming capacity test and corrosive test were implemented for four kinds of formula, then the optimized formula was tried out in coal industry. The resuls show that the comprehensive of the fourth formula (1631+OT-75) is the best, and the dust control efficiency of all dust and respirable dust can reach above 80%, which is 40%higher than that of the ordinary aerosol. Furthermore, the formula is harmless to humans and could be employed long-term.
