摘要:为实现低成本、高效地检测矿浆的浓度和细度, 提出一种基于筛分壶的矿浆浓度和细度检测系统。该系统由筛分壶结构和浓细度检测控制装置组成, 筛分壶结构用于分离矿浆中的合格固体与不合格固体, 控制装置用于矿浆重量测量和矿浆浓、细度的计算;检测过程中, 使用平滑滤波法对采样数据进行处理;使用分段直线函数拟合物体质量和采样数据之间的关系。结果表明, 与传统烘干直接测定法相比, 该系统在浓度和细度检测精度上相差仅约2%, 检测时间大幅度缩减。

Abstract:To cheaply and efficiently detect the pulp density and fineness, a pulp density and fineness detection system based on screening pot was proposed. It was composed of a screening pot structure and a detection control entity, of which the screening pot was used for qualified and unqualified solid separation in the pulp, and the control entity was used for pulp weight measurement and calculation. During the detection process, smoothing filtering technique was adopted for the acquired data, and piecewise linear function was applied to fit the relationship between weight and acquired data. Experiment results show that compared with traditional drying method, the density and fineness detection precision difference with the proposed system is just around 2%with a sharp reduction in detection time consumption.
