摘要:针对安装砂丘模型的水平管气力输送气固两相流流动特性进行数值分析及实验研究, 采用离散相模型 (DPM) 对物料入口的颗粒路径、加速区的颗粒浓度及速度矢量分布进行定性分析;采用粒子图像测试技术, 定量研究粒子的速度分布。结果表明:在安装沙丘模型情况下, 输送管颗粒得到悬浮与加速;在相同的空气输送速度下, 安装砂丘模型工况下的粒子轴向速度明显大于无砂丘工况下的粒子轴向速度;安装砂丘模型工况下气力输送系统的压力损失和最小输送速度与无砂丘工况下相比明显被降低。

Abstract:Numerical analysis and experimental study on the flow characteristics of gas-solid two-phase flow in horizontal pneumatic conveying with dune model were explored. A discrete model (DPM) was used to analyze the particle path, particle concentration and particle velocity vector distribution, and then the particle axial velocity was measured by high-speed PIV. The results show that, the particles are clearly suspended and accelerated by using dune model. The particle axial velocity are higher than that of non-dune on the same air velocity for mounting dune model, and the pressure drops and minimum air velocity are reduced.
