摘要:选用偶联剂双-[γ- (三乙氧基硅) 丙基]四硫化物 (Si69) 、异丙基三油酸酰氧基钛酸酯 (NDZ-105) 、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷 (KH570) 对石墨进行表面处理, 研究改性石墨复合材料的硫化、力学、耐切割、加工等性能。结果表明:石墨在橡胶基体中的分散性明显提高, 石墨和橡胶分子链之间形成的物理缠结点增多;改性材料的100%、300%的定伸强度及拉伸强度均明显提高, 耐切割性能均有提升;KH570改性石墨材料的综合性能最好;Payne效应明显减弱, 但动态损耗因子略有增大。

Abstract:Different coupling agents such as Si69, NDZ-105 and KH570 were used for surface treatment of graphite. The curing property, mechanical property, cutting resistance and processing property of the modified graphite-NR composites were studied.The results show that the dispersion of graphite modified by coupling agents in natural rubber matrix are improved, the physical entanglements between graphite and rubber chain are increased. Contrast to unmodified graphite-NR composites, the stress at 100%, stress at 300% and tensile strength of modified graphite-NR composites is increased obviously and the cutting loss is decreased. The comprehensive properties of KH570 modified graphite-NR composites is the best. The Payne effect of the modified graphite-NR composites is significantly weakened, but the dynamic loss factor is higher than the unmodified graphite-NR composites.
