摘要:采用高压均质-喷雾干燥工艺制备大载药量乳糖包覆枸橼酸喷托维林可吸入复合微粉, 研究复合微粉的微观形貌、空气动力学、吸入与沉积等性能。结果表明, 复合微粉微观形貌为几何学粒径0.52μm的规则球形颗粒, 载药量质量分数达到78.9%, 休止角为29°, 空气动力学质量中值直径为0.99μm, 气溶胶有效生成率为63.2%, 有效部位沉积率为19.3%, 能够有效实现干粉吸入剂的药物传递。

Abstract:Hi gh drug loading inhalable pentoxyverine citrate coated lactose composite powders were prepared by high pressure homogenization-spray drying process, and their micro scopical morphology, aerodynamic property, inhalation and deposition property were characterized. The results show that the micro scopical morphology of composite powders are 0.52 μm spherical particles, and the drug loading rate is as much as 78.9%. Angle of repose is 29 degrees, mass median aerodynamic diameter is 0.99 μm, aerosol availability is 63.2%, and fine particle fraction is 19.3%. All above properties of composite powders are effective for drug delivery of dry powder inhalers.
