气相溶胶-凝胶法制备 TiO2-硅藻土复合光催化材料

摘要:以硅藻土和钛酸四丁酯 (TBOT) 为原料, 氨气气氛中, 利用TBOT在硅藻土表面及内部的原位水解-缩合反应制备TiO2-硅藻土复合光催化材料;采用SEM、XRD、EDS、紫外分光光度计等对该复合材料的表面形貌、晶型、催化性能等进行表征;使用该复合材料对甲基橙进行催化降解。结果表明:TBOT在硅藻土表面及内部生成纳米TiO2微粒, 具有硅藻土的孔道结构和纳米TiO2微球2级结构, 具有光催化性能。

Abstract:Diatomite-TiO2 composite materials were synthesized by the in-situ hydrolysis-condensation reaction between tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT) and porous diatomite in an ammonia atmosphere.The morphology, composition and catalyst efficiency of the composite materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) , energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and UV spectrophotometer, respectively. Meanwhile, the methyl orange was catalyzed by the diatomite-TiO2 composite materials. The results indicate that the nano-sized TiO2 particles are generated in-situ on the surface and inner pores of the diatomite by the hydrolysis and condensation of TBOT under aqueous vapor. The prepared material maintains bimodally texture of porous diatomite and nano-spherical TiO2.The experiment of the degradation of the methyl orange proves that the composite materials possess photocatalytic performance.
