基于离散元的剪切挤压破碎机破碎过程能耗分析

摘要:利用离散元软件EDEM及其二次开发, 以破碎过程的机械能耗为评价指标, 将破碎机内锥振动频率、破碎机外锥转速、物料填充率和物料颗粒球形度作为影响因素进行仿真实验, 通过响应曲面法 (RSM) 建立剪切挤压破碎机能耗预测模型并进行实验验证。结果表明:能耗预测模型可靠, 预测结果与实验结果基本一致;各因素对剪切挤压破碎机能耗的影响由强到弱的顺序为外锥转速、内锥振动频率、物料填充率、物料颗粒球形度;剪切挤压破碎机的最佳工作参数是:内锥振动频率为55Hz, 破碎机外锥转速为40 rad/s, 物料填充率为0.55, 物料颗粒球形度为0.45。

Abstract:Simulation experiment was carried out by using discrete element software EDEM and its two development, Mechanical energy consumption was set as the evaluation index of the crushing process and inner cone's vibration frequency, outer cone's speed, material filling rate and particle spherical degree were set as the influence factors, shear extrusion crusher energy consumption prediction model was established by response surface method (RSM) and its experimental verification was carried out.The results show that the energy consumption prediction model is reliable and the prediction results are consistent with the experimental results. The influence degree of various factors on the shear extrusion crusher is outer cone's speed, inner cone's vibration frequency, material filling rate and particle spherical degree. The best working parameters for shear extrusion crusher is inner cone vibration frequency by 55 Hz, outer cone's speed by40 rad/s, material filling rate by 0.55 and particle spherical degree by 0.45.
