摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶工艺, 以硝酸钴、五氧化二铌为原料, 柠檬酸为络合剂, 乙二醇为酯化剂成功制备Co4Nb2O9前驱体凝胶, 煅烧后直接获得其超细粉体。利用X射线衍射 (XRD) 技术、扫描电子显微镜 (SEM) 和能谱 (EDS) 分析等测试手段表征Co4Nb2O9晶体的结构、表观形貌及化学组成。结果表明:前驱体凝胶在900℃煅烧条件下可以获得物相单一、结晶性能良好, 颗粒尺寸介于亚微米级范围Co4Nb2O9粉体。

Abstract:The Co4Nb2O9 precursor gel was successfully synthesized via the sol-gel method with cobalt nitrate and niobium pentoxide as raw materials, citric acid as complexing agent and ethylene glycol as esterifying agent, and ultrafine Co4Nb2O9 powders can be obtained after sintering process. The crystal structure, apparent morphology and chemical composition of the samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS, respectively. The result shows that submicron Co4Nb2O9 powders can be obtained after the precursors were calcined at 900 ℃, which possess pure phase and good crystallization.
