湿法分级α-Al2O3微粉的实验研究

摘要:微粉的分级是机械法微粉制备中一项关键技术,也是一个难题。本文以特陶领域中的重要原料α-Al2O3的超细分级为对象,借鉴碟式离心机的薄层分离原理,通过模型实验和工业性初步实验,研究了碟式离心机应用于分级微粉的特性。结果表明,碟式离心机可用来分级微颗粒。

Abstract:The ulftrafine classifiction is a key technique and a dif filcuit.problem to be solved. In this paper, to solve the classification of a-Al2O3, according to the prineiple of thin-layer separation of discseparator,through the model and industrial test, the characterstics of ultrafine  classification with this kind of equipmenut was investigated. The resultsshowed thatthis principle can be the ultrafine classification.
