摘要:Na2O是非冶金级Al2O的重要技术指标。本文应用D/MAX- -3BX射线衍射。IR- -440 红外光谱、化学物相分析等方法研究了赋存于氧化铝水合物中的Na2O在煅烧过程中的行为,β--Na2O·Al2O3随温度升高
而分解,最终是a- -Al2O;与Na2O·11 Al2O3共存。氧化铝水合物的Na2O含量增加,煅烧产品的a- -Al2Os含
量减少、比表面积降低。研究结果对生产及应用Al2O的行业均有益。

Abstract:Na2O in an important qualification for non一metallurgical Al2O3. The behaviours of
Na2O in Alumina hydrate during calcination have been studied by means of D/max- 3B X-
ray diffractometer and IR - 440 infrared spectrophotometer in this paper. β- -Na2O·Al2O is
decomposed while the teperature increases. The final mixtrue consists of a一Al2O3 and Na2O
·11Al2O3. As Na2O in Alumina hydrate increases, a- - Al2O3of calcinated products and spe-
cific surface area decreases. The conclusion of the research will be benefit to the process and
Al2O3 applications.
