摘要:为研究煤炭的清洁利用问题, 引入多层滤布对气固流化床布风板压降及床层流化特性进行调节, 采用DASP压降测试系统探讨床层压降以及最小流化速度的变化规律, 并进行细粒煤分选试验。结果表明:在传统流化床的基础上运用多层滤布有助于改善流化床层的流化特性;引入多层滤布后的气固流化床可使精煤灰分达到10.83%, 促进细粒煤脱灰, 利于环境保护。

Abstract:In order to study the clean utilization of coal, multilayer filter cloth was introduced to regulate the pressure drop and fluidization characteristics in gas-solid fluidized bed. The DASP testing system was used to study the variation of bed pressure drop and minimum fluidization velocity. The results show that using of multilayer filter cloth based on typical fluidized bed is helpful to improve fluidization characteristics. The ash content reaches 10.83% separated by gas-solid fluidized bed with multilayer filter cloth. This method promotes the ash removal from fine coal and had important significance for environmental protection.
