摘要:利用热重分析仪, 以水蒸气为气化剂, 考察Na2CO3、Fe(NO3)3及CaO3种廉价催化剂及用量对碎焦水蒸气气化反应的影响, 同时探讨催化气化动力学。结果表明:添加催化剂后, 碎焦的气化温度降低约170℃, Na2CO3的催化活性最高, 随着Na2CO3负载量的增加 (钠离子负载量质量分数1%、3%、5%、10%) , 碎焦的气化速率提高, 5%左右的Na2CO3负载量达到饱和, 过量的催化剂不能有效提高碎焦的气化速率;Na2CO3添加使气化反应活化能降低35 kJ·mol-1, 从而提高反应速率;添加Na2CO3的碎焦气化反应, 收缩核模型可很好地反映碎焦气化的动力学规律。

Abstract:The effect of 3 kinds of cheap catalysts,Na2CO3,Fe(NO3)3 and CaO,on the steam gasification reaction of metallurgical broken coke were investigate using the thermo-gravimetric analyzer and the steam as the gasifier.The catalytic gasification kinetics was discussed.The results show that the gasification temperature of the coke decreases about 170 ℃after the addition of the catalyst.The catalytic activity of Na2CO3 is the highest among the three catalysts.With the increase of Na2CO3 loading (sodium ion loading are 1%, 3%, 5% and 10%, mass fractions) ,the gasification rate of the cokes are improved, about 5% of the Na2CO3 loading reaches saturation,the excess catalyst can't effectively improve the gasification rate of coke.The addition of Na2CO3 effectively reduces the activation energy of the coke gasification reaction,thus increasing the reaction rate.Gasification of coke with added Na2CO3,the shrinking core model can well reflect the kinetics of coke gasification.
