pH 响应型空心微球在 CSTR 中的振荡行为

摘要:通过模板自由基聚合法合成了空心的纳米级p H响应型P (NIPAm-co-AAc) 微球。搭建在线动态光散射 (DLS) 和p H耦合监控系统, 并在连续流动搅拌反应器 (CSTR) 中将空心微球与BrO3--SO32--H+这一pH振荡仿生体系混合, 实时监测了空心微球粒径的自振荡情况和耦合体系pH振荡动力学行为。结果表明, 所合成的空心微球响应性能突出, 在接近生化反应环境的CSTR中, 伴随体系pH变化粒径发生自振荡行为。

Abstract:The hollow pH sensitive P (NIPAm-co-AAc) microspheres were synthesized through free radical polymerization with templates. Then, Coupled the hollow microspheres with the pH oscillation system of BrO3--SO32--H+. The dynamic light scattering system (DLS) and the pH detection system were set up to monitor the oscillation of diameter about the hollow microspheres and the pH of the coupling system. The results showed that the responsive performance of the hollow pH sensitive microspheres were excellent. In the continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) , which similar to the biochemical surroundings, the microspheres swelled and contracted accompany with the oscillation of the pH values of the coupling system.
