摘要:采用机械湿法研磨, 通过正交实验探讨了研磨过程中的工艺参数对二氧化钛分散性和分散稳定性的影响。结果表明, 二氧化钛研磨分散的优化工艺条件为:研磨速度3 000 r/min, 时间80 min, 锆球直径0.2 mm, p H值9.5, 球料比 (锆球与二氧化钛的质量比) 20:1, 优化工艺条件下的二氧化钛颗粒在48 h内仍保持了良好的分散稳定性。对研磨分散后的二氧化钛的扫描电子显微镜 (SEM) 图像进行粒径统计得其颗粒平均粒径为136.7 nm, 与激光粒度仪测得的平均粒径139.2 nm以及BET比表面积测试法测得的等效直径134.2 nm基本一致, 说明研磨后的二氧化钛呈单颗粒分散。

Abstract:The effects of process parameters on the dispersion and stability of Ti O2 slurry during the mechanical wet grinding were studied by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the optimum process conditions for dispersing Ti O2 are as follows:3 000 r/min of grinding speed, 80 min of time, 0.2 mm of zirconium ball diameter, 9.5 of p H and mass ratio of zirconium ball to Ti O2 is 20:1. As-prepared Ti O2 slurry under optimal process conditions still maintain a good dispersion stability after 48 h. The average particle size of the titanium dioxide particles is 136.7 nm by counting 200 particles from the image of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , which is consistent with the results of average particle size of 139.2 nm measured by laser particle size analyzer and the equivalent diameter of 134.2 nm measured by BET method. It shows that the titanium dioxide particles are single partile dispersed after grinding.
