氧化石墨烯改性沥青结合料的性能

摘要:为了研究氧化石墨烯 (GO) 改性沥青结合料的性能, 分别利用质量分数为0%、0.02%、0.05%和0.08%的GO掺加到AH-70#沥青和SBS改性沥青结合料中进行黏度实验, 以及针入度、软化点和延度等3大指标实验和动态剪切流变 (DSR) 、多应力恢复蠕变 (MSCR) 、弯曲梁流变测试 (BBR) 等实验。结果表明:加入GO可显著提高沥青结合料的黏度、高温稳定性和抗车辙能力, 但对低温抗裂性影响并不显著;明显降低沥青结合料的针入度, 提高其软化点, 但对延度的影响不大;不会明显改变沥青结合料的玻璃化转变温度, 但可显著提高其交联密度;对基质沥青的改性效果优于SBS改性沥青, 最佳掺量分别为0.05%和0.2%。

Abstract:In order to obtain the performance of the graphene oxide (GO) modified asphalt binder, the viscosity test, traditional indicators test and SHRP test were carried out on the AH-70# asphalt binder and SBS modified asphalt binder with different GO dosages. The results show that the addition of GO can significantly improve the viscosity, high temperature stability and anti-rutting ability of asphalt binder, but it has no obvious effect on low temperature crack resistance. GO can obviously reduce the penetration of asphalt binder and improve its softening point, but it has little impact on ductility. GO does not significantly change the glass transition temperature of asphalt binder, but it can obviously improve the crosslinking density. The modification effect of GO of base asphalt is better than that of SBS modified asphalt, and the optimum dosage of base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt is 0.05% and 0.2%, respectively.
