以煤矸石为原料熔盐法低温合成纳米莫来石晶须

摘要:以煤矸石和十二水硫酸铝钾 (KAl (SO4) 2·12H2O) 为原料, 采用熔盐法低温合成纳米莫来石晶须;利用XRD、FESEM、LPSA等方法研究莫来石的相组成、微观形貌。结果表明:控制煤矸石与KAl (SO4) 2·12H2O的质量比为1∶0.81∶1.3时, 采用熔盐法, 合成温度为7501 000℃, 可得晶须直径约为2040 nm的针尖状莫来石粉体。测试表明, 采用熔盐法, 通过控制合成温度可获得不同微观形貌的纳米莫来石晶须。

Abstract:Using coal gangue and KAl (SO4) 2·12H2O as raw materials, nanocrystalline mullite whiskers were successfully synthesized by molten salt method. The phase composition, microstructure of mullite were studied by means of XRD, FESEM, LPSA. The results show that the needle-like mullite whiskers with diameter size of 2040 nm can be obtained when the weight ratio of coal gangue to KAl (SO4) 2·12H2O is 1∶0.8 1 ∶1.3, and the molten salt temperature is 7501 000% ℃. The nano-mullite whiskers with different micro-morphologies can be obtained by controlling the synthesis temperature by the molten salt method.
