中密度纤维板中生产粉尘的最小点火能

摘要:以纤维板生产线中的砂光粉、杨木粉、马尾松粉和香樟粉为对象, 研究其不同粒径分布的最小点火能;以粉尘种类和粒径分布为因素进行方差分析。结果表明:随着粉尘粒径的增大, 最小点火能逐渐增大;砂光粉尘质量轻、比表面积大且含氮量高, 最小点火能明显低于相同粒径的杨木、马尾松和香樟的粉尘;粉尘的粒径分布对木质粉尘最小点火能的影响比较显著, 而粉尘种类对最小点火能的影响不显著。

Abstract:Wood dust samples with different particle size distribution coming from poplar dust, masson pine dust and camphor dust, commonly utilized in medium density fiberboard production, and sanding dust were used to investigate the minimum ignition energy (Emin) . The results show that the Emin increase with increase of particle size. The Eminof sanding dust is significantly lower than those of poplar dust, masson pine dust and camphor dust due to its light weight, large specific surface area and high nitrogen content. Analysis of variance show that the particle size distribution of dust has a significant effect on the Emin of wood dust, while the effect of dust species on the minimum ignition energy is insignificant.
